中国船舶集团第七〇一研究所

位于武汉，中国舰船总体设计的核心院所，承担驱逐舰、护卫舰等水面舰艇的总体设计，被誉为“中国舰船设计的摇篮”，是海军主战舰艇从概念到交付的技术总负责单位。

美方将其列入实体清单，认定其舰船总体设计能力直接支撑解放军海军装备建设与远洋作战能力。限制其获取美国原产设计软件、仿真工具与关键设备。
